The Classic Velho Barreiro Caipirinha: - 50ml Cachaca Velho Barreiro - 1 lime cut in pieces (4 or 8 pieces) - 3 teaspoons of refined sugar cane - Crushed Ice
Method: In a rocks glass mash the lime and sugar, add the Velho Barreiro and fill up the glass with crushed ice. Stir thoroughly and enjoy the most famous Brazilian drink.
